Praise for the Abbey Grand Parlor

You have Outdone Yourself
    I wanted to follow up about the Abbey. Kevin, you have outdone yourself. You may as well retire because I don’t think you can top this one. The top is splendid, silking and all. I didn’t know that Adirondack could be so beautiful. The paua jumps out at you. I’ve got one problem; I’m torn between playing it and looking at it. The Brazilian back and sides are breathtaking. What can you tell me about this wood? It seems to be really rare, even for Brazilian. Is it old growth? Now for the best part--the tone is off the chart. Notes jump out of this box. I’ve always loved small bodied guitars and now I have a new favorite. The longer scale was definitely the right way to go. Everything about this guitar is perfect.
